【Responsibilities】

• Assist customers with questions, complaints, provide information about products and services in a professional and courteous manner.
  
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Walk customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes.
• Communicate and coordinate with cross functional teams as necessary.
• Provide feedback and help streamline/optimize customer service process.
• Act as a Cubo brand ambassador to engage with (potential) customers. Establish brand image and build brand equity through outstanding customer relationship management (Take part in building a brand from scratch!)

【Requirement】

• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Real passion for helping others and crafting customer service experiences that exceed users' expectations.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
