Job Description :

1. Handling the recruitment process

2. Handling HR Administrative

3. Manage contract & employees database

4. Conduct resource performance competence and skill assessments for grading/promotion recommendation

5. Maintain employee relations with mutual communication and support any event and engagement activities

6. Coordinate with other departments on all office equipment

7. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital

8. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues

Profil demandé

Requirement :

1. Hold a university degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, or other similar disciplines

2. Have at least one year of experience in Recruiting and HR administration

3. Strong attention to detail and administrative skill

4. Hard worker, communicative, innovative & pro-active

5. Be able to work under pressure
