2. Answer incoming calls from overseas clients.
Reply instantly online to client inquiries (via email or online social networking software )
3. Offer product information and instruction for clients and help clients with the application process.
4. Record and track clients' status, maintain service levels.
5. Provide kind, polite, and timely responses to clients' queries; identify clients' problems, and offer instruction.
【上班時間】:
*前三個月培訓期為正常班:09:00-18:00 周休二日
*正式上線後需排/輪班(早、晚),如無法配合者請謹慎考慮哦!
- 早班時間:08:00 - 16:00
- 晚班時間:14:00 - 22:00
- 每班為8小時工作時間(包含用餐時間)
- 每周排休二日、月休共8 - 10天或按當月國定假日天數規定,讓您兼顧工作與生活
1. Fluent and highly proficient in spoken and written English, including listening and reading skills as clients are from overseas.
2. Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft office. Fast typing speed preferred.
3. Good Communication skills / Team player/ Delicate work skills.
4. TOEIC score higher than 720
