【Training】 1. Assist in assessing the training need and coordinate the in-house training programs’ implementation (e.g., High Impact Coaching and Leading with Heart) and external training’s courses searching and arrangement. 2. Assist in developing and executing the company learning activities (e.g., RGM workshops, Jardine Learn Fest, JRG Speaker Series, JRG Capability College, ..etc.) to meet the learning and development needs and shaping company culture.
