Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring plan, necessary skills/ competencies and job requirements
- Actively research new recruitment methodologies to craft creative sourcing strategies via different platforms
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines through targeted outreach to fill open or forecasted roles
- Manage end to end recruitment cycle from initial candidate assessment to offering process to deliver an excellent candidate experience
- Track recruitment activities, create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
Persyaratan
- At least 2 years of full-time recruitment experience.
- Independent, creative and with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Quick learner with a positive working attitude.
- Good in English is a must.
