身為 CakeResume 的客服行政專員，你將成為 CakeResume 履歷編輯器的使用專家，能深入了解新創團隊的產品推進歷程，並頻繁地與來自各地的平台使用者溝通、提供協助。同時你也是提升 CakeResume 各部門行政效率的最佳幫手。

The Role and Your Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities include supporting CakeResume’s local/global users and helping resolve any platform-related questions.  You play an important role to create the best user experiences and are the link between the SaaS operations and product team, and users.

To do well in this role you need to be able to quickly learn new feature releases and be confident in helping the user with any support-related matter. 

在工作中你將支援各部門執行的專案，頻繁地與產品、營運、招募顧問、行銷團隊協作。

工作分配大致為：

• 50 % 客戶服務：解決求職用戶/企業用戶的使用問題，即時提供協助並回報問題給產品團隊。規劃、統整客服資源。
• 50 % 行政：資料建檔、文書處理、行政事項。

Qualifications

• Detailed-oriented and a customer-centric mindset are a must. 
• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English. Able to respond, communicate with users and in a professional manner.
• You are a tech-savvy person and a quick learner. Have a passion for SaaS startups – eager to learn CakeResume’s products and services.
• Professional maturity – ability to operate effectively and work independently with self-discipline and minimal micro-managerial oversight.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS platforms or technical support is a plus.
• Familiar with CakeResume’s resume builder and user lifecycle, and understand CakeResume’s value.

Interview Process

1. Video call (30 mins pre-interview screening)
2. Take-home assignement (24hrs)
3. Onsite interview (1-1.5hr visiting, including exercise & review)
