As an operations manager at a growing startup, you work closely with every team members at CakeResume, and are responsible for making the CEO and COO's vision happen and process ideals. Your responsibilities can include:

• Ensuring staff working on processes are happy and operating efficiently.
• Reviewing workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met.
• Supporting all functions of the business to work together.
• Managing stock control and inventory checks, having a keen eye on budgets and budgetary changes.
• Communicating changes in an order process to relevant parties.
• Documenting procedures for third-party monitoring, creating and monitoring projects and teams.

▲Qualifications

• English: conversational speaking and professional writing skills. / Chinese: excellent speaking and writing skills.
• Passion for startups and the tech ecosystem – understanding of how startups operate and the unique characteristics of tech ecosystem and communities.
• Ability to develop a deep knowledge of the entire CakeResume service stacks, and understanding of CakeResume’ vision.
  
• Professional maturity – ability to operate effectively and with self-discipline given ambiguity, diverse market needs, minimal micro-managerial oversight, and geographically disperse teammates
• Minimum 2 years experience in a professional business environment.
• High attention to detail
