•Lead cross-functional team to meet business objectives through product pipeline and customer services
•Develop business strategy and a sales plan tailored to company’s objectives
•Possess ownership on the sales process throughout setting appointments with doctors and hospital medical teams, managing product demonstrations and trials
•Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit business
•Generate leads through tradeshows, referrals and cold-calls
•Effectively create and convert leads into purchase orders•Obtain financial insight; Identify budget and financial status, as well as available resources for each opportunity
•Identify, engage, and partner with clinical and administrative champions
•Developed a tailored value analysis per opportunity
•Act professionally, with determination, to close the best deal in the shortest time
•Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with key hospital staff, schools, and thought leaders to develop a sales pipeline within local market
