- Training & Development負責人，可以從集團角度，建立教育訓練制度和接班人計劃
- 可以為管理職務，去帶領總部教育訓練部門
Description
- 負責集團內各BU的人才發展與訓練規劃協助。
- 需與集團各BU對接需求，盤整各BU最緊急的教育訓練，與各BU訓練單位或者窗口對接。
- 承接或者支援集團各人才發展專案，如接班人計畫，主管級以上訓練（經理級）人才發展體系…等
- 負責各項專案推動與優化，如360考核制度，線上學習平台
职务需求
- 需具備良好文字與表達能力，具備不同產業的工作經驗，能快速捉到各BU的需求，協助解決問題。
- 能夠獨立作業，高工作效率，性格靈活，橫向溝通能力佳，教育訓練功底扎實。
- 具備基礎人力資源HRM概念。
