Our interns are a core part of CakeResume—involved and solving problems from the start. We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Content Marketing Intern (Indonesian). You will be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining the performance of written content to achieve our project goals. Thus the ideal candidate should possess advanced writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia, perform well under deadlines, and be detail-oriented.

Core Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for Indonesian SEO content writing including editing and optimizing content to help drive traffic from the Indonesian market.
  
• Manage a team of writers and publishers to oversee content development that aligns with SEO strategies.
• Creating different types of content (not limited to SEO) through various channels to ensure a diverse web presence.
• Monitor and analyze content performance analytics to come up with optimization strategies and plans.
• Facilitate partnership opportunities through various tasks, ensuring successful collaborations.
• Support all marketing-related activities for CakeResume's growth in Indonesia.

Basic Qualifications

1. General awareness of SEO and web traffic metrics
2. Advanced Bahasa Indonesia and English writing proficiency
3. Project management and strong attention to detail
4. Able to juggle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
5. Enjoys communicating with others, is persistent, and loves testing out different ideas or approaches to reach a goal
6. Highly motivated and accountable: you’re a self-starter who sees things through to satisfying outcomes without any strict deadline or close supervision
7. Can commit for a minimum 6-month period and work min. 3 days/week

Bonus Qualifications

1. Experience in SEO and using tools (eg. Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.)
2. Have knowledge about the HR industry or CV, interview, job search & career development-related knowledge
3. Chinese conversational skills
4. Likes to stay up-to-date with tech news
5. Proficiency in design software (including but not limited to Adobe PS, AI, AE, etc.) and Canva for team-working

Interview Process

Selected applicants can expect the following interview process:

1. Stage 1: 20 minutes phone interview
2. Stage 2: Pre-interview task (5 to 7-day deadline)
3. Stage 3: 60-90 minutes final interview conducted in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
