Our interns are an important part of CakeResume — involved in the decision-making process and solving problems from the start. We are looking for a passionate and talented Social Media Marketing Intern (Indonesian) (TikTok & YouTube focused) to help us achieve our marketing & branding goals for the Indonesian market.

▲ What You Will Be Doing

• Plan social media content strategies & new campaign ideas based on research and new trends
• Create social media content for CakeResume's TikTok & Youtube channels, including scripting, shooting, editing, copywriting, posting, etc.
• Participate in the content production process (appear in CakeResume's TikTok & Youtube videos)
• Assist in approaching influencers/KOL in Indonesia for collaboration
• Research and brainstorm new ways/strategies for growth hacking
• Manage CakeResume current social media channels (mainly focus on TikTok & Youtube; will support other social media channels such as Instagram & LinkedIn if necessary)

▲ Basic Qualifications

• Social media management experience (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Video filming & editing skills (YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
• Content planning and creation skills (include but not limited to scripting, copywriting skills)
• Comfortable with & confident in talking and acting in front of the camera
• Enjoy communicating with others and loves testing out different ideas or approaches to reach a goal
• Highly motivated, accountable, and persistent individual who can operate without close supervision
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Commit for a minimum 6-month period, with the option to extend (min. 3 days/week)

• Able to generate appealing images/infographics (familiar with Canva, Photoshop, AI, Figma, etc.)
• Have experience in working with influencers/KOLs
• Have public speaking and organization experience
• Have CV & interview related knowledge
