CakeResume seeking a highly-intelligent, high-judgment, self-motivated Talent Acquisition Partners who can handle everything from hiring and benefits to compliance and employee relations to join us to be our very first Talent Acquisition Partners to help CakeResume expand into more markets globally.

We are responsible for the shape and delivery of our people strategy for our internal different function teams include but not limited to product, business, marketing, recruitment and more. We help drive outstanding performance and extraordinary experiences for our employees.

As our first Talent Acquisition Partners, you will initially be an individual contributor role with the view that it will grow into a leadership role over time. In this role, you will provide strategic talent acquisition plans to the team leaders/hiring managers and their teams and drive cross-functional leadership across the teams. You will partner with C-suites and team leaders in areas such as organizational design, employee relations, culture, and talent enablement to help CakeResume's extraordinary growth.

Responsibilities

Drive CakeResume growth through efficient talent acquisition strategy and execution.

  • Drive independently the search strategy.
  • Source highly qualified business and tech talent needs using a variety of sourcing channels.
  • Conduct pre-qualifying phone screens on candidates.
  • Partner closely with the business unit to meet the needs of the company to place talents into appropriate roles; teams with the HR team to generate robust pipelines.
  • Utilize the company's recruitment tools and processes to execute workflow and track/measure results.
  • Monitor and report quality and quantity of resumes on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Track and report sourcing results.
  • Make long-term plan and get relationships with potential candidates.
  • Support employer branding and HR admins. 

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of work experience in talent acquisition (in-house or headhunter).
  • Experienced in end-to-end recruitment in/for tech and/or startup companies for least 2 years
  • Solid sourcing skills and ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve
  • Pleasant personality, hands-on, achievement-oriented, detail and deadline orientated, independent, responsible and a team player.

Please note down 3–5 points describing evidence of exceptional ability related to this role (and achievement on this or other fields if any) * Professional / Academic: e.g. Leading the production of XX courses / month, 2nd Place, National University Debating Championship; Increased 50% sales within 2 months after revamping the flow structure as the main contributor; Acquired 20 top-tier clients within a year and reached 20% market penetration in a specific area.

There are three main stages in our interview process:

  1. Video call (45 mins - 1 hour screening)
  2. Take-home exercise & review
  3. Onsite interview (1.5 - 2 hours visiting)
