Who you are

As a Product Manager at CakeResume, you will be working closely with an empowered product team comprised of product designers and software engineers, for leading product discovery and delivery. You are a good communicator who can talk through challenges to find the best solution efficiently.

As our users are growing fast, we are looking for talents with an objective-oriented mindset who can deliver results with absolute efficiency.

What you will do

• Understand competitive dynamics in the market, create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritize what major features to build next (part of the roadmap).
• Generate user and market understanding, drive decisions on product specifications, experiment and research plans, UI/UX wireframe, sprint planning, coordination, and execution.
• Work with the business team to formulate the product roll-out strategy to meet the company vision and OKRs
• Perform solid change management and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with our marketing team, business team, and recruitment consulting team to meet shared objectives and key results.
