CakeResume University Program
— Business Operations and Community Development Intern

What we are looking for

We are seeking highly-intelligent, high-judgment, self-motivated starters who are able to wear many hats and are willing to go the extra mile. We are looking for students to be our business operations and community development intern who are ambitious, entrepreneurial, well connected, have a desire to network, and become more involved in their college community.

Responsibilities：

• Enhance CakeResume’s brand awareness through creating rich contents on social media, and generate traffic growth.
• Utilize several tracking tools to measure business performance, and formulate short/long-term strategies accordingly.
• Maintain CakeResume’s social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Introduce CakeResume to potential users on campus or from all over the world; continuously create value for our existing users.
• Assist community & partnership manager to plan and host events on or off-campus to connect talents to great companies.
