We're looking for passionate and self-motivated event planning talent to join us and grow CakeResume's brand. You will work closely with the marketing and business teams.

【What you’ll do as an Event Planner at CakeResume】

Responsible for event planning and coordination, schedule, and execution.
- Regular monthly events : 2~4 sessions/month ( 80-100 people )
- Large-scale event : Career fair ( 2,000+ people )
- Build strong relationships with our stakeholders like government organizations, schools, and business clients (i.e. guest speaker, campus fair, speed interview, etc.)
Organize and implement online and offline events and campaigns from ideation to execution in order to strengthen the CakeResume community.
Manage all aspects of an event from pre-planning, determining resource needs, coordinating pre-event marketing with the marketing & Business team, and on-site coordination, to post-event follow-up with strict deadlines.
Stay current, and often ahead of the curve, on event planning, design, and production trends, proactively identifying and solving operational challenges.
Manage and support crisis communications as needed.

Yêu cầu

▲ Qualifications

Minimum of 1 years' of public relations, event planning, or community relations experience.
Good command of Mandarin Chinese and English. ( verbal and writing )
Data analysis ability, able to make judgments based on event results/data and propose improvement plans.
Excellent social competence and skill in building and maintaining relationships with key individuals in the business.
Inter-departmental communication and coordination skills are required.
Strong experience in project management, and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

▲ Nice To Have

Addicted to the social media pipelines ( Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Acupass, etc. )
Creative and basic design skills ( Photoshop / Illustrator / Procreate / Canva / Figma, etc. )
Familiar with and interested in CakeResume's products and services.
Experienced in a startup environment is preferred.
Have strong experience in holding events.

2-hour onsite interview ( including a group interview with the marketing team, and 1:1 interviews. )
