Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an HR management strategy. Work with HR-related policies.
• Recruit talents to join CakeResume based on the company's growth, both building a pipeline as well as facilitating the ongoing hiring processes.
• Be the driving force and lead company activities end to end. Contribute to positive, collaborative company culture.
• Proactively plan employee training/orientations to create a positive employee experience.
